Gangstar Mirage City heists: co-op vaults and transports with a four-player crew, Dirty Money split, then scrub. Loadout notes. Verified August 2026.
Crew operations with timing and getaway pressure.
~11 min read
Gangstar Mirage City heists are co-op operations for a 4-player crew: plan the job, prep gear, hit bank vaults or high-security transports, then leave on timing. Store copy sells teamwork and execution. Payouts land as Dirty Money you still scrub at Nixon Corp — they are not a Clean ATM. This page is the crew loop after the tutorial bank on the beginner guide. Verified August 21, 2026.

Official store copy groups cooperative heists / operations as crew content: pick a target, prepare gear, work the timing, execute. The two named job classes are bank vaults and high-security transports. That is the wiki skeleton. A per-heist database (requirements, difficulty, enemy lists, payout numbers) stays TBA until we recapture it in-client.

| Layer | What official / public sources say | What we will not invent |
|---|---|---|
| Crew | Up to four players | A fifth seat, matchmaking MMR, or ranked heist ladder |
| Targets | Bank vaults and high-security transports | A complete named heist list with star ratings |
| Skills the copy names | Teamwork, timing, gear prep, execution | Fake role DPS or “best class” — there are no classes |
| Tutorial cousin | Aurora Bank opener (solo-guided, then arrest) | Treating the tutorial cash pile as your first Clean wallet |
| Open-world cousin | Random street chaos is not a heist | Calling every shooting a co-op operation |
You start Gangstar Mirage City mid-job at Aurora Bank: lobby, charges on the vault, sewer exit, scripted chase. That teaches cover, planting, and leaving. It is not the 4-player loop. Manny not making it out is story, not a revive puzzle. After the phone unlocks, crew jobs are the real operations. Treat the vault cash you see there as story candy, not your first spendable Clean pile.
Casual PvP, flag chases, and crew clashes live in other modes. A heist is a PvE (plus cops) timed score. Bring the street/heist kit from the weapon tier list, not a last-man-standing fetish. Factions (O-Rage, Ghosts, Family, Jersey Boyz) are flavor and avatars — factions — not a hidden heist damage type.
Four seats only work if you prep before the marker turns yellow.
Official copy puts gear preparation before execution. In this game that means three weapon slots each, a car that can actually leave, and stars already dumped. Public crew size is four. Empty seats make timing harder because someone has to cover two jobs.
| Prep item | Why it is gated | Skip if… |
|---|---|---|
| Four players who can hear each other | Timing fails in silence | You are still in the tutorial heist |
| Three-slot guns per player | Interiors + street exit need different third slots | You only have Dirty and cannot buy ammo |
| A getaway car staged first | The exit is the job | You plan to “find a whip outside” under sirens |
| Stars at zero | Cops on the way in are already a fail state | You think the vault clears wanted |
| Nixon Corp actually converting | Pink payouts are useless if you cannot scrub | You are farming “for later” with a full unspendable bar |
Four snipers is a wipe with extra steps. Keep an AR as the default primary. Third slot: shotgun or SMG for rooms, maybe one specialist for a vehicle or a long hold — not all specialists at once. Names and unofficial letters: weapons and weapon tier list. If two players already cover rooms, the fourth seat should be the wheel or the door, not a third shotgun.

Once seats and guns exist, the two official target classes are how the job feels.
Store language only names those two classes. A vault is an interior with a timed score and a loud exit. A transport is a moving high-security target — still teamwork and timing, still a getaway. This wiki will not invent a third secret category or a star-difficulty column.
| Job class | What you should expect | Common fail |
|---|---|---|
| Bank / vault interior | Recon or a tool for the safe, then a short window once you go loud | Greeding extra cases while the exit car sits empty |
| High-security transport | A moving score; guns and a car that can keep up | Treating it like a parked vault and standing in the street |
| Either class | Cops / Aurora-style security when you make noise | Arriving already wanted |
Co-op footage of a jewelers vault shows a military-grade safe that the crew is told not to blow — you get turned into confetti — and a laser drill as the actual key. That is one operation’s rule, not a global “all vaults need a drill” patch-note. Read the briefing. If the contact names a tool, the third slot is not a second sniper. Steal or pick up that tool before you go loud; buying a louder gun does not replace it.
The same briefing puts police close enough that the exit is a flood of blue. In-mission lines also give a tiny window before Aurora crashes a loud jewelry floor. Treat those as this job’s prompts. Do not copy them into a universal “10-second heist timer” we did not measure across every operation.
A worked example is the next section — one public co-op job, labeled as such.
One public co-op walkthrough runs a dark-web necklace job — True Blue — at a downtown jewelers (in-world names in the briefing: Kixier / Kiote). It is not the whole heist list. It is a readable loop: recon → steal the tool → stage the car → go loud → drill the prize → vanish. Use it as a pattern, not as a wiki ID.
| Beat | What the crew actually does |
|---|---|
| Briefing | Contact (Chandler in this job) names the prize, the vault, and that cops will not wait |
| Recon | Split cover stories: VIP walks the lounge, influencer snaps cameras / extra cases |
| Bad news | Safe will not eat explosives; police sit next door |
| Tool | Take the laser drill off a Family pickup — sneak, grab, leave |
| Staging | Get the clean ride first. No tags, no tails. GPS, ignore the speed limit |
| Hit | Crowd control, no phones; safe cracker on True Blue; extras only if the clock allows |
| Vanish | Blend into a nearby street race instead of a straight cop duel |
VIP, influencer, charmer, safe cracker, driver — those are briefing hats for this operation. Gangstar Mirage City does not ship a class select. Anyone can hold a hat if they brought the right third slot and listened.
Recon chatter lets you photograph extra jewels as a secret extra. The briefing still fails you if True Blue stays in the safe. Greed is how four players die in a store that already called Aurora. Grab extras only after the named prize is in hand and the driver is already in the seat.
The dwell hook is the getaway checklist. That is the mid-page executable.
This is the mid-page executable for Gangstar Mirage City heists. The score is not banked when you touch it. It is banked when the crew is clear. Official copy already named timing. Public jobs add a staged car and a vanish plan — a street-race blend in the jewelers example, a sewer in the tutorial bank.

| If this happens | Do | Do not |
|---|---|---|
| Car is not staged | Abort and fetch it | Start the drill “real quick” |
| Aurora / cops on the floor | Finish the prize if the window is still open, then wheels | Clear every guard for a hero clip |
| Stars hit 5 on the exit | Break LOS / interior after the bag is in the car | Farm elites for “bonus” |
| A teammate is down | Follow the job’s revive/leave prompts (TBA as a global rule) | Invent a wipe-tax percentage |
| You made it out pink-rich | Scrub | Drive to a gun shop with Dirty |
Performance before paint. The jewelers job even tells you to grab the ride yourself and ignore the speed limit. Tutorial-adjacent mechanics (Nigel Morris) already exist for stolen-car work. Details: vehicles. A tagged, damaged, or empty-seat whip in front of the store is how four kitted players still wipe.
“Street racers everywhere — perfect place to disappear” is this job’s vanish, not a universal cheat. The principle travels: hide in density or in an interior. Helicopters at high wanted are a leave signal on wanted level.
Clear is not paid. Scrubbing is paid.
Crew jobs pay Dirty Money. Dirty (pink D) is not spendable until Nixon Corp washes it into Clean Money (green C). Diamonds are premium and are not the heist wallet. Exact split percents, daily caps, and wash haircuts stay TBA on this wiki — the money guide already refuses fake formulas.
| After a clear… | Do this | Skip |
|---|---|---|
| Pink pile in the HUD | Phone → Business Prodigy → Nixon Corp | A beauty salon run |
| Scrub still locked | Level Nixon Corp until Money Scrubbing appears (public: Level 4, unofficial) | Another heist “for later” if you cannot convert |
| Clean after a wash | Guns you fire + getaway car stats | A second unused vehicle |
| Crew wants a second job | Dump stars, restock ammo, restage the car | Queue while 5-star |
| Someone quotes a take in chat | Treat it as unofficial until HUD recapture | Paste it here as a wiki number |
That line is the same on the money page for a reason. Four players can grow a pink bar that none of them can spend. Unlock the wash before you farm transports for pride. If Money Scrubbing is not on the phone yet, story jobs and loadout work beat another vault.
Briefings threaten Citrus Island if you mess up. We will not invent the exact fail fine. What we will say: dying hot donates time, ammo, and the bag. Lose stars, then shop. If the hour still feels early, return to the beginner guide. Short habits: tips.
You now have the official two target classes, a four-seat prep, a worked co-op pattern, a getaway checklist, and the scrub. FAQ is the search-shaped version.

Up to four. Empty seats mean someone covers two jobs. This is not a solo street mugging with extra steps.
Typically Dirty. Wash it at Nixon Corp (Phone → Business Prodigy). Details: money guide.
Three slots: AR default, close-range clearer, maybe one specialist. Stage a getaway car first. Unofficial role letters: weapon tier list.

It is a guided opener (Aurora Bank) that teaches vault, charges, sewer, chase, then arrest. The 4-player playlist starts after the phone is live.
Not on every job. The public jewelers operation tells you a military-grade safe will turn you into confetti if you try. Read the briefing for the tool (that job uses a laser drill).
No. Dump stars first — break LOS or enter an interior. Wanted level.
No. Exact takes, splits, and fail fines stay TBA. We will not invent them.
